Chairman, Legal Sector — Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC), Government of India
Rakesh Kumar Sharma served as Chairman of the Legal Sector at SEPC, the Government of India
body responsible for promoting the export of services from India. In this capacity, he
represented the Indian legal industry at the highest levels of government-led trade promotion,
including the International Legal Conference 2024 held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The
conference addressed India's legal and economic trajectory through to 2047, with a focus on
the intersection of law, trade, and technology.
